You will be supporting various teams across the business, ensuring they stay on track and on target throughout the whole project. Working closely with the project managers, you endeavour to build strong relationships with all stakeholders and follow through with end to end project coordination.

Experienced Project Coordinator with one years experience in a project coordination type role
Educated to degree level
Experience in establishing, developing and maintaining project management
standards and tools across a broad range of groups, people and services to support change
Have the right to work in the UK

Contribute to the production and maintenance of project plans including developing and managing project tools and templates
Participate effectively in internal meetings, proactively identifying stakeholders cast lists for meetings and identify meetings attendees
Support the coordination and outcome of problem solves inclusive of preparing materials
Coordinate end-to-end project management including the logistics of the project
Support the management of project delivery to agreed scope, quality, timeframe and resources
Manage team calendars and stakeholder contacts
Maintain the tracking of project deadlines and report to the project
manager progress against plan Assist the delivery of high quality, client ready end products to agreed timelines, including workshop delivery (material organisation, presentation set up/handouts)
Build constructive relationships with clients and peers
Develop a basic understanding of healthcare and public services
Support defining the communications and engagement of the programme
Effectively participate in client meetings, taking notes and coordinating actions
Produce high quality written material (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) to clearly present and communicate findings
Liaise with assistant team to keep up to date with partner/principal project input
Ability to work on own and contribute effectively in a team
Work with colleagues across the corporate and consultancy team to embed
project management principles and flag issues proactively
Help make most effective use of senior leadership time to benefit of client and team and working with PAs in securing time
