We are delighted to announce that CF has received The Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) Accreditation for our training and development programme from The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in partnership with the Management Consultancies Association (MCA).
Launched in 2021, the ChMC Accreditation was developed to set and maintain the highest standards in management consulting and to reward consistent high levels of professional competence and achievement in consultants.
We are committed to developing the skills and nurturing the talent of young professionals in the industry. CF’s training and development accreditation enables team members across the company to seek ChMC chartership after five years of experience, and all new graduates who join our Analyst programme are automatically enrolled. The ChMC programme is in addition to the other development opportunities at CF including The Chartered Management Accountant qualification and professional development for data specialists.
Several of CF’s established consultants are currently enrolled in the Associate programme this year, with plans for further team members to follow suit, reflecting our ambition to expand ChMC accreditation throughout CF and continue providing a platform for the consulting talent of the future.
CF achieved accredited ChMC status for its training programme without needing to introduce new training courses. All of our eligible partners have achieved Chartered status. As longstanding members of the Management Consulting Association, CF and our senior leaders are committed to upholding excellence in consulting and the Partner team are proud to be pioneering ChMC status for the rest of the firm.

Hannah Farrar, CEO and Founder of CF:
“I am a huge supporter of the Chartered Management Consultant Accreditation (ChMC) and the positive light it sheds on the consulting industry. It gives recognition to the tremendous value consulting can provide to individuals, organisations and society as a whole. CF achieving accreditation for its training and development programme, along with all eligible Partners becoming chartered individually is a proud moment for me. Investing in our people and their development is a fundamental part of CF’s ethos and our dedication to providing the best possible service to our clients.
Tamzen Isacsson, Chief Executive Officer, MCA said:
“Firms of all sizes are embracing the new Chartered accreditation for consultancy and it’s encouraging to see so many leaders in the industry undertaking this assessment to demonstrate their commitment to excellence and high professional standards. CF’s recent achievement with accreditation and now with all its partners becoming Chartered underscores their dedication to their people and high standards of consulting excellence and training and development.”
