Analyst

Our Analysts support the clients in carrying out structured problem solving, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, synthesising and communicating findings, and meeting with clients as part of the consulting team . Typically, they will work on a project for 2-4 months at a time. They bring a strong analytical skillset as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a 2.1 or above from a leading university.

Consultant

Our Consultants bring strong analytical and conceptual problem solving skills to the team. They communicate findings, independently lead workstreams and own relationships with clients. They come with a background in consultancy or equivalent experience in delivering in the NHS or public sector setting. MBAs and advanced professional degrees are desirable.

Manager

Our Managers are responsible for managing projects on a day-to-day basis, leading a team of Consultants and Analysts to deliver high quality work and regularly interacting with the client. They bring a background in consultancy or equivalent experience in delivering in NHS or other public sector settings as well as a proven track record of change.

Principal

Our Principals lead client situations, provide direction to teams, and make a material contribution to the business including developing clients and leading the firm. They will also typically have an area of expertise developed which we support in developing further. We expect Principals we appoint to become Partners in the future. Candidates typically bring 5-10 years of experience at a senior level in consulting firms or public sector organisations.
