Noah Dickens


Noah has worked on major strategic projects since joining CF. He has engaged with clinical boards, senior clinicians and Trust and system leaders to help write clinical strategies embedded within broader system working. He has also worked as part of a team to write a National Investment Case to roll out the delivery of local integrated care across Scotland. Noah joined CF after graduating from the London School of Economics with a master’s in global health where he learned key skills in pharmaceutical cost-effectiveness evaluations and international healthcare policy and healthcare finance. Noah helped run a student-led consultancy that supported socially conscious organisations in Edinburgh whilst completing a degree in social policy with social and political studies.

Example client projects

Working with Trust and system leaders to develop a Trust clinical strategy in synergy with the newly established integrated care system.

Supported a National Investment Case for the delivery of local integrated care across Scotland. Conducted national IJB benchmarking analysis to determine the opportunity and projected the potential activity reductions and financial returns of implementing local care after six years.

Providing analytical support on a surgical strategy review, evaluating multiple data sources to create a surgical co-dependencies matrix that informed surgical configuration options.
