Danny is a consulting manager passionate about evolving care delivery, strategy and operations to improve health outcomes and health equity. He has worked extensively with leaders across the U.K. and internationally on varied transformation programmes such as joint ventures, value-based contracting and social determinants of health partnerships. His background in experience design has also led to the development and refinement of patient-centred programming, especially for underrepresented communities.

Before joining CF, Danny served as a strategy manager at a not-for-profit health insurer in the U.S., where he focused on improving the affordability, quality and experience of care for 3.5 million people. He also worked within the research, consulting and executive network divisions of a global advisory firm focused on technology and analytics.
