Becky is an experienced health and social care consultant with a track record of delivering change and improved performance. She leads our performance improvement service line and has deep experience in identifying opportunities to enhance service and system design and supporting teams to deliver.  She uses thorough understanding of operational processes, rigorous problem-solving techniques, and excellent interpersonal skills to drive planning and implementation of financial and operational performance. Becky previously worked across many acute and community health providers in adult social care, for health and care systems and independent sector providers.

Supporting a challenged urgent and emergency care system over winter to identify the root drivers of poor four-hour emergency delivery performance and supporting the delivery of improvements.

Supporting a Trust to develop and deliver programmes to reduce length of stay and temporary staffing spend, identifying the scale of opportunity and areas for improvement. 

Developing an intermediate care model for a UK county, working with clinicians and professionals to outline a model that best supported people to be independent, and working with finance professionals to model the required investment and savings across the system.
