CF is pleased to announce that Dr. Joud Abduljawad has joined its team as Partner and Chief Medical Officer-Middle East, marking another exciting milestone in its expansion in the global health sector.
Joud is a highly experienced healthcare executive and emergency medicine consultant with a distinguished career in the UK and the Middle East. His expertise spans clinical leadership, healthcare transformation, clinical performance management, and patient-centred service redesign.
He served as Consultant in Emergency Medicine at Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust from 2011, later becoming Clinical Director of Urgent and Medicine and Specialist Advisor to the CQC. At University College London Hospitals (UCLH), Joud transformed Urgent and Emergency Care pathways as Divisional Clinical Director of Emergency Services.
Transitioning to Saudi Arabia, Joud held leadership roles, including Corporate Chairman for Clinical Performance at the Ministry of National Guard-Health Affairs, Medical Director, and Chief Medical Officer for private medical groups. Throughout his career, he’s championed world-class patient care, ethical leadership, and innovation in healthcare redesign.
His expertise aligns with CF’s values of collaboration, integrity, and forward-thinking healthcare solutions, as he strives to drive transformative change and mentor future healthcare leaders.
